Case Competition with CIP

24-hour case competition with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners

In collaboration with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), we hosted an exclusive 24-hour Case Competition, bringing together 24 ambitious students to work on a real-life investment challenge within renewable energy infrastructure.

The competition was designed to give students direct exposure to the realities of greenfield renewable energy investments - combining analytical rigor, teamwork, and strategic thinking.

From Case Launch to Final Pitch

The event began at CIP’s headquarters, where participants were introduced to the case and formed into teams. From there, the competition moved to CBS, where students spent the following 24 hours developing their solutions.

On the second day, teams returned to CIP to present their recommendations to a jury of senior professionals from the organisation. The competition concluded with a dinner and networking session, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with CIP professionals and hiring managers from the investment teams.

Thank You

We extend our sincere thanks to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for the close collaboration and trust in creating this opportunity together.

We would also like to thank Station for providing the venue and Bold for keeping participants energised throughout the event.

Most importantly, thank you to all participating students for your dedication, curiosity, and impressive work over the two days.
